Rahul Gandhi in Purnia: Modi didn't fulfill promises, cheated Bihar

Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Saturday launched an offensive against Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his rally in Bihar's Purnea. Addressing the gathering, Gandhi took swipe at Modi's "chowkidar" jibe and said that he is the "chowkidar" of riches and not poor.
