Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat cast his vote as polling for the five Lok Sabha seats of the state began on Thursday morning. While talking to media persons, he said that Uttarakhand would repeat the success of 2014. “Youths will come forward to vote. They will vote to make the democracy stronger,†he added. The high-stake political battle to choose the 17th Lok Sabha began on Thursday with 91 constituencies going to polls in the first phase of voting. Other than Lok Sabha seats, voting for Assembly polls will also be held in Andhra Pradesh, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh and the first phase of Odisha.
