Hansraj Bhardwaj accuses Congress of corruption

Congress leader Hansraj Bharadwaj on Thursday not only tore into his party, accusing certain members of bringing about its downfall through extended bouts of corruption, he also blamed former home minister P Chidambaram of propagating the controversial Section 66A of the IT Act, refusing to believe the latter's argument of 'bad drafting'.
