India Bole: Agricultural reforms need of the hour

India needs to take note of the slump in agriculture and put in place a system where the farmer feels proud of his occupation. We need to invite technological investments in the farm sector from both public and private sources. In the midst of a lurking fear of a drought-like situation, many experts have been expressing their views on the outcome of food grain production. We need to develop new technologies for farming to match up the demand.
