Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led NDA government has directed the Indian armed forces to not launch any operation in Kashmir valley during the holy month of Ramzan. The Ministry of Home Affairs said that the decision was taken to help the peace-loving Muslims observe Ramadan in a peaceful environment. This is a big source of relief for the people in Jammu and Kashmir but this also means that ‘Operation All Out’ will be put on hold for some time.
