Mudda Aaj Ka: Lalu Prasad sentenced to 14 years in prison in Fodder Scam Case

Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav was sentenced to 14 years in jail in the fourth case linked to the fodder scam by a special CBI Court in Jharkhand’s Ranchi. Lalu was on Saturday awarded two separate sentences of seven years - to be served consecutively - and fined Rs 60 lakh for the fraudulent withdrawal of Rs 3.13 crore from Dumka treasury in the early 1990s.
