Nation Reporter: Counsel of accused in Kathua rape case said no FIR copy given to them

Nation Reporter: Ankur Sharma, the counsel of the accused in Kathua rape case, said that no charge sheet copies or FIR copies were provided to the accused. He said that no other important documents were given to the accused side and asked the court to give the evident documents to their side. The side of accused also said that they are ready for narco tests in the case. Sharma said, “Court directed that chargesheet copies should be provided to all accused, we are ready for narco tests. Next date of hearing is April 28.â€
