Stung by an order of the Bihar Legislative Council’s officiating chairman Md Haroon Rashid, all members of the RJD, led by former CM Rabri Devi, on Wednesday walked out of the House and staged a dharna at the council’s main gate for around one-and-a-half-hours, protesting against the state government’s failure to check rising incidents of crime and take action against the BJP leaders engaged in fomenting communal hatred in Bhagalpur and Darbhanga district.
