President Obama lifts decades old arms embargo against Vietnam

President Obama began his historic trip in Vietnam on Sunday, his first visit to the country sharing a complicated political and military history with US. But this cannot be seen as an apology tour. Obama also lifted a half-century-old ban on selling arms to Vietnam. This Obama’s visit can be seen as breakthrough when it comes to international relations.
