Punjab Apple Trader Killed By Terrorists In Kashmir

An Apple trader from Punjab was shot dead and another injured in a terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian district, where normal life remained affected for the 73rd consecutive day on Wednesday since the abrogation of Article 370 of the Constitution. According to the police, Charanjeet Singh and Sanjeev were shot at by 3-4 unidentified terrorists around 7.30 pm. They were rushed to the district hospital in Pulwama where Charanjeet succumbed to his injuries during the treatment while Sanjeev's condition is stated to be critical.
