Question Hour: Drought apocalypse crippling the entire nation

About one-third of population is affected by drought in India. Depleting ground water table, severe drought conditions in many regions remain major concern as heat wave extends across the country. Though India is heavily dependent on monsoon rains but it has also raised a question on water conservation at the same time. If it remains like this, India will soon become a nation affected by water crisis.
