Question Hour: Pak fosters diplomatic relations with N Korea for augmenting nuclear capabilities

Pakistan has taken a major step to foster its diplomatic relations with North Korea. Pakistan devoid of nuclear technology sees North Korea as a strategic defence partner who can augment their military prowess with North Korea's highly talked about short range missile technology. This strategic move by Pakistan follows North Korea's successful launch of its short-range missile capable of carrying nuclear payloads,test fired a few days back.
