Re-conversions: Is demand for a new law fair?

The religious cacophonies have time and again hit the peace and sanity of Indian politicians. At one point it was Love Jihad now it is religious conversions or ‘Ghar Wapasi’ as chanted by some Hindu outfits. But the point is, will the anti-conversion law prove useful?
