VVIP culture? Minister slammed for discomforting patients

Union Health Minister J P Nadda on Wednesday courted controversy after paying little heed to the comfort of patients or the fact that the Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) is a silence zone. The Minister was welcomed by loud music of drums which compromised with patient's requirements at the hospital.
