Zero Hour: Haryana government to keep cows in jails to reform prisoners

Manohar Lal Khattar led government is planning to keep cows in jails so as to reform the prisoners. The government has plans to buy 600 cows and reform the notorious prisoners in six prisons across the state. Haryana Cow Commission Chief in an exclusive talk with News Nation said that drinking the cow's milk will have a good impact on the mind of the criminals. The commission has earmarked Rs 9 crore for the project.
