Zero Hour: ITBP personnel hoist Indian national flag in Nelong Valley

On the ocassion of 69th Republic Day, ITBP personnel hoisted the Indian national flag in Nelong Valley in Uttarakhand. The soldiers have been guarding the valley in the intense weather conditions where the temperature is aroung -30 degree.
