Zero Hour | North Korea's nuclear tests causing earthquakes, say experts

An earthquake of magnitude 2.9 on Richter scale jolted North Korea’s main nuclear test site Kilju on Friday. It is speculated Kim Jong-un has conducted another nuclear test.
