Zero Hour: Pakistan government blocks Pervez Musharraf's national ID, passport
News Nation Bureau 02 June 2018, 04:10 PM
The Pakistan government on Thursday directed the interior ministry to block the national identity card (NIC) and passport of former president and retired dictator General Pervez Musharraf. Complying with a special court's order, the government took the action to restrict his travel and certain facilities available to him after he failed to appear before the court in the high treason case against him. The case was filed against the Dubai-based politician for imposing emergency rule in the country in 2007. Watch News Nation's special show Zero Hour to know more details regarding the matter.
