India defeated England by 246 runs in the second Test at Visakhapatnam to take a 1-0 lead in the five match Test series. The Indian win could be largely attributed to a splendid batting performance by skipper Virat Kohli and middle order batsman Cheteshwar Pujara who racked up impressive tons in the first innings on a turning Vizag track. Ravichandran Ashwin once again cast a web around the English batsman by picking up his 22nd five- wicket haul. Meanwhile Jayant Yadav made an impressive Test debut with a fine all-round performance.
