Story of India's para-athletes: Rich in skill and talent, lack training facilities

Athletics in India has seen growth lately. Athletes like Deepa Karmakar and others have forced us to turn our attention towards them. And we are doing that but do we care about our para athletes the same way. Many of us don't know the name of Sundar Singh Gurjar, Devendra Jhajharia, Deepa Malik who have won laurels for the country by winning medals at the Paralympics and World Championships. Know how India which is enriched with a plethora of talent in athletics lacks the requisite infrastructure and administrative support to boost the training requirements of our para-athletes.
