World Cup 2019: Rishabh Pant makes World Cup debut against England

England have opted to bat against India in Edgbaston. Rishabh Pant replaces Vijay Shankar in the side while Jason Roy returns for the clash. England skipper Eoin Morgan won the toss and decided to bat first against India.
