Vibhishana is one of the most noted characters in the legendary Hindu epic Ramayana. He was the younger brother of the Rakshasa King Ravana and was later sworn in as the King of Lanka. Though a Rakshasa himself, Vibhishana was of a noble character and is still worshipped as God in the heart of the country.
