New Delhi:

In a series of photographs, this photographer is reiterating the fact that beauty has no definition. #WhatMakesMeBeautiful is a new photo campaign by Project Heal featuring 14 images of women from all walks of life proudly sharing what makes each of them feel beautiful.

This photo series aims at redefining the word beauty. Beauty is more than physical features, attributes it has to do with what makes you unique in your own way.

Those women who were once undernourished and suffered from eating disorder share their stories while telling their definition of beauty.

“Real beauty is not a size or a shape or a color.  It can't be labeled -- it can only be felt,” Project Heal founder Liana Rosenman told a leading daily. The campaign started to mark the first day of National Eating Disorder Awareness Week earlier this week.

We are all surrounded with conventional body size images which appear thin, lean and are considered beautiful. We are so much deep neck in it that it has now entered the sub conscious mind leaving us food deprived, making it a conscious  effort.

Voluntary food deprivation may result in serious health problems from malnourished bodies to internal weakness and much more. This has to be reinstated that neither binge eating nor extreme dieting helps but maintaining a proper balanced diet indeed helps in attaining the healthy body.
