Amid the escalating feud in the Yadav family, Samajwadi Party state unit chief Shivpal Yadav on Wednesday said that Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav should respect his father and party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav. Talking to reporters, he also asserted that there was no rift in the party and Yadav family.

#Netaji (Mulayam) made Akhilesh a Chief Minister
#No father can feel jealous of his son. Why will he feel jealous when he himself has made him the CM.
#A father always wants to see his son succeed
#This is a son's responsibility to respect his father. Akhilesh should respect his father and should keep him happy
#Akhilesh should consult his father while making decisions. Netaji is very experienced and has been Chief Minister for 3 years.
#There is no rift in Samajwadi Party and Yadav family
