Indian spinners made life difficult for English batsmen in their 2nd innings and grabbed some quick wickets to put India in a dominant position.

England now face an uphill task of saving the match and making India bat once again.

Earlier Virat Kohli and Jayant Yadav played beautifully to provide India a lead of more than 200 runs. Skipper Virat Kohli hit a double century while Jayant Yadav too hit a century to increase England's troubles.

A brilliant century by skipper Virat Kohli on the thid day had helped the team recover from a minor collapse.

Ravindra Jadeja and Jayant Yadav had offered crucial support to the skipper who surpassed 4000 Test runs in the process and became the sixth fastest Indian to surpass this landmark.
