Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday addressed Parivartan Rally in Kanpur ahead of UP elections. Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a public rally in Uttar Pardesh’s Bahraich through mobile phone as he was unable to land in the area due to foggy weather.

The Parivartan rally is part of Bhartiya Janata Party’s campaign for the next Uttar Pradesh assembly elections due in 2017.
