Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday addressed a public rally at Delhi’s Dwarka. This is Modi’s second rally in last two days. During his address, PM Modi launched a scathing attack against the Delhi government for stalling Centre’s ‘pro-poor’ schemes. "The Delhi government has refused to implement many central government schemes. What crime has the poor people of Delhi committed that they are not getting the benefits of schemes like Ayushman Bharat," PM Modi said.
