Rahul Gandhi's poser to Modi, why should people of Gujarat pay for BJP govt's financial mismanagement

New Delhi:

Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Thursday posed another question to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on social media, saying why should the people of Gujarat repay the debt for financial mismanagement and publicity of BJP government.

Rahul wrote on Twitter that the financial debt in 1995 on Gujarat was Rs 9183 crore which rose to Rs 2,41,000 crore in 2017.

He said each person is bearing Rs 37,0000 as debt. On Wednesday, the Congress vice-president had asked the prime minister about 50 lakhs new households which he had promised in 2012.

Only 4.72 lakhs new houses have been built so far, he had said. "Do you take another 45 more years to fulfil these promises," the Congress vice-president had asked on Twitter.
