The baton is now in the hands of people of Gujarat who shall decide the fate of BJP and Congress when they come out to vote for the next government on December 9 for the first phase of elections.
The election has become a battle of prestige for the BJP who is ruling the state for the last 22 years. The party is leaving no stones unturned to beat the anti-incumbency and woo their voters.
However, after the support from Patidar leader Hardik Patel, Congress has succeeded in turning the ‘already lost game’ into a neck to neck fight.
Party Vice President Rahul Gandhi is doing all out efforts to turn the tide by focusing on the grass root issues like farmers and jobs in the state.

# Despite his aggressive speeches and witty comments, Rahul Gandhi failed to impress voters with his election campaign and only 8 per cent voters felt he was impactfull.
# Hardik Patel also failed to make any big impact and only 4 per cent people found his election campaign impressive.
# 16 per cent people liked other leader's campaign while the equal number of people could not say anything.

Question no. 2: Who will be the ideal candidate for the post of Gujarat Chief Minister?
# Vijay Rupani was still the favourite CM candidate and 51 per cent people felt he would be the ideal candidate for Chief Minister's post.
# Bharat Singh Solanki could not impress people at large and only 9 per cent people thought he would be the ideal candidate for CM's post.
# 31 per cent people didn't like both Rupani and Solanki and they felt some one else could be the ideal candidate for Gujarat CM's post.
# 18 per cent people could not say anything on this.
Question no. 1: While voting in the Gujarat assembly elections 2017, what will be the biggest issue for you?
# A big 21 per cent people could not make up their mind on what issues they will vote.
# 7 per cent people said they will vote on the issue of inflation, 4 per cent on unemployment, 2 per cent on bullet train.
