Three days ahead of assembly elections, News Nation’s ground zero poll survey predicted massive saffron surge in Gujarat with BJP winning 131-141 seats.
According to the survey, Congress, despite its vice President Rahul Gandhi’s all out efforts, seem to be going down to 37-47 seats.
After the survey, ecstatic BJP leaders said people of Gujarat will vote on the issue of development and the party will achieve the target of 150 seats set by Amit Shah.
BJP MP from Gujarat Kirit Solanki said, “BJP will win over 150 seats because we are working with people and PM Modi is famous among the all the people of the state.”

However, Congress leaders and spokespersons cried foul and questioned the authenticity and credibility of the survey.
Congress leader Shakeel Ahmed alleged that “news channels take money for conducting fake surveys.”
Party spokesperson Alok Sharma said the “figures were far from reality.”
Most of the surveys and opinion polls have either predicted BJP’s victory or it emerges as the single largest party in Gujarat assembly polls.
However, few surveys have also predicted that Congress is giving a neck to neck fight to BJP.
