The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah on Tuesday arrived in the poll-bound Madhya Pradesh’s Guna to hold a road show. Guna is the Lok Sabha constituency of senior Congress leader Jyotiraditya Scindia. State BJP spokesman Sarvesh Tiwari on Monday had said that Shah would arrive in Shivpuri where he will visit the memorial of 1857 mutiny hero Tatya Tope and pay his respects.
Shah is also scheduled to address the BJP workers in the politically sensitive Gwalior-Chambal division.
The BJP chief is slated to pay the tributes at the memorials of Vijayaraje Scindia and Rani Laxmibai and will address a youth convention in Gwalior.
Madhya Pradesh will go to polls on November 28 and the counting will be held on December 11.
