The 2019 Hero HF Deluxe is launched in India at a price of Rs 49,300 (ex-showroom, Delhi) with Combi Braking System which the company has named Integrated Braking Sytem (IBS). However, the company has not made much change in the specifications apart from improving braking system by providing larger rear drum brakes of 130mm. The 2019 hero HF Deluxe has the same drum brake of 130mm in the front as well. Hero will be introducing the Combi Braking System across its entire product range of two wheelers under 125cc.
Hero HF Deluxe comes with a 97.2cc air cooled, 4-stroke single cylinder OHC engine which can produce 6.15kW of power @ 8000 rpm and 8.05 Nm of torque @ 5000 rpm. The company claims mileage of 88.24 kmpl for HF Deluxe and the engine is mated with 4-speed Constant Mesh gearbox.
The HF Deluxe has a tubular double cradle chassis, integrated with telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers in the front and swing arm with two step adjustable hydraulic shock absorbers at the back.
On the handle, it sports the same speedometer and fuel gauge dials. The speedometer dial consists of the i3S indicator while the fuel gauge dial contains neutral, headlight and side stand indicator.

Hero HF Deluxe will be available in five colour options including Heavy Grey with Black, Candy Blazing Red, Black with Red, Black with Purple and Heavy Grey with Green.
