The BS6 compliant version of the Suzuki Access 125 was revealed on Tuesday. It is to be noted that BS-VI (BS6) emission regulations are set to kick in India from April 1, 2020. Coming to the 2020 Suzuki Access 125, the scooter marks the automaker’s transition from BS4 to BS6 emission norms.
According to a report of NDTV’s carandbike, the 2020 Suzuki Access 125 will come equipped with a BS6 compliant 124 cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine which will churn out 8.6 bhp at 5,500 rpm. The 2020 Suzuki Access 125 will boast of new features like eco assist illumination, fuel-injected engine, external fuel filler cap and a new LED headlamp, among others.
Koichiro Hirao, Managing Director, Suzuki Motorcycle India, said, "We are thrilled to announce our first BS6 product way ahead of the regulation enforcement deadline of 1st April.
