The BS6 compliant version of Royal Enfield Classic 350 was recently launched in India at Rs 1.65 lakh (ex-showroom). Notably, the BS6 Classic 350 with dual-channel ABS costs about Rs 11,000 more than the outgoing BS4 version that came with dual-channel ABS. The bookings for BS6 Royal Enfield Classic 350 is already underway for an amount of Rs 10,000.

The BS6 compliant version of Royal Enfield Classic 350 comes in six colour options i.e. Stealth Black, Chrome Black, Gunmetal Grey, Classic Black, Signals Stormrider Sand and Signals Airborne Blue. Also, there are standard features like alloy wheels and tubeless tyres in the Stealth Black and Gunmetal Grey colourways.

The upgrades to the engine of Royal Enfield Classic 350 comes in the form of a fuel-injection system that replaces the carburettor on the BS4 model – to make it comply with the upcoming BS6 emission norms. However, the official power and torque figures of Royal Enfield Classic 350 BS6 have not been revealed yet. The company has claimed that power and torque delivery are tuned and optimised to deliver better performance.

Coming to the BS4 Classic 350, the motorcycle comes equipped with a 346cc, single-cylinder air-cooled engine that churns out 19.8hp and 28Nm of torque.

It is worth mentioning here that the bike maker has also rolled out a new aftersales service initiative for all its BS6 models – the package includes a three-year warranty and three years of roadside assistance.

In the Indian market, the BS6 Royal Enfield Classic 350 is up against Jawa Perak bobber. Launched on November 15, 2019, the new bobber is being praised for its design, features, and price. The Perak Bobber bookings commenced on January 1, 2020, for a token amount of Rs 10,000. Jawa Perak bobber, which comes with dual-channel ABS, is available for Rs 1,94,500 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
