India’s auto sector has been witnessing rough times since the start of 2019 and automakers are in huge loss. In a bid to make up the loss and cash in on the festive mood, the automakers including Bajaj Auto Limited, Yamaha and Suzuki are offering huge discounts across their product line-up. Planning to buy a motorcycle this festive season? Well, it’s probably a best time to buy a motorcycle.
Starting with Bajaj Auto Limited, the largest exporter of motorcycles is offering attractive discounts, as well as free services and warranty on its line-up. Right from CT100, Platina and Pulsar range to Dominar 400, Bajaj motorcycles is offering cash discounts of up to Rs 6,000 along with 5 free services and free warranty for 5 years. It is worth mentioning here that offers are also available on the Bajaj Avenger range, Bajaj V and the Bajaj Discover series. Importantly, all these offers are valid till October 31, 2019 on Bajaj bikes.
Looking up to the festive season, Yamaha India has also announced several schemes across its product line-up. In the Southern region, customers buying any Yamaha scooter can either avail of 0 per cent interest on finance, or with a low down payment scheme of Rs 3,999 with attractive interest rates of 6.9 per cent on the financed amount. According to Yamaha, customers by availing the discount can save up to Rs 8,000 on any scooter purchased during the offer. The offer is valid till October 31, 2019.
However, in the Eastern region, Yamaha is offering the low down payment scheme with interest rates of 6.9 per cent. In western India, Yamaha is offering a gold coin worth Rs 4,000 for free with every scooter purchase. In the Northern region, Yamaha will announce festive season schemes on its scooters soon.
On motorcycles, only Yamaha FZ FI and Yamaha FZ-S FI are being offered with discounts of up to Rs 8,280 across the country with a low down payment of Rs 4,999 and 6.9 per cent rate of interest.
On the other hand, Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited (SMIPL) is also offering discounts across its line-up. Any Suzuki two-wheeler purchased through PayTM is being offered with cashback of up to Rs 8,500. Interesting, isn’t it? Also, there is also a low down payment scheme of just Rs 777 with on the spot loan approval and monthly payment schemes of up to 48 months. As part of lucky draw, Suzuki is further offering a chance to win a Maruti Suzuki Swift on the purchase of any Suzuki two-wheeler and 22 karat gold coins of up to 5 gram. The offer is valid till October 31, 2019.
It is expected that other two-wheeler manufacturers like TVS Motor Company, Hero MotoCorp, as well as Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India will soon out festive season offers on their product line-up.
