The 2020 Kawasaki Ninja 400 will now be available in two new colours. Yes, you read it right. India Kawasaki Motor has launched two new colours i.e. Metallic Spark Black/Lime Green, the other is Lime Green/Ebony (KRT edition) for 2020 Kawasaki Ninja 400. It is to be noted that both colour schemes are available in limited numbers as only 10 units each have been allotted for India. Importantly, the limited colour schemes are available at no additional cost and continue to carry the same sticker price of Rs 4.99 lakhs, ex-showroom.

The Metallic Spark Black/Lime Green colour scheme houses a metallic black base colour with lime green highlights accompanied by racy decals. Whereas, the Lime Green/Ebony (KRT edition) colour scheme features standard Lime Green colour shade, however, gets additional red highlights at the bottom of the fairing and at the base of the mirror stalks. Interestingly, it also gets additional pinstriping and '400' badging, finished in gold.

Besides new colour schemes, the motorcycle remains the same. The 2020 Kawasaki Ninja 400 comes equipped with a new 399 cc, parallel-twin engine that churns out 44.4 bhp at 10,000 rpm and 38 Nm of peak torque kicking in at 8,000 rpm. The engine offers and predictable throttle response. The engine further include new bore and stroke measurements, an updated intake and exhaust system, lighter forged cams and a lighter and smaller slip and assist clutch.

The suspension job on the 2020 Kawasaki Ninja 400 is done by a 41 mm telescopic front fork at the front and a gas-charged shock with adjustable preload at the rear. Additionally, Kawasaki Ninja 400 gets updated styling including new LED headlights and H2-inspired chin spoiler. The motorcycle looks appealing and more like a middleweight sportbike. The instrument panel is new too and is shared with the Ninja 650.

You can book New Ninja 400 at the authorised dealership of India Kawasaki Motor and can expect the delivery of the motorcycle by end of September 2019. It is worth mentioning here that as this model will be manufactured in limited numbers, the bookings will be closed immediately after reaching targeted numbers.
