Revolt RV400 was launched in India on August 28 at a starting price of Rs 1,29,463 (ex-showroom). Since the launch, demand for Revolt RV400 is at peak. It is to be noted that Revolt has got over 2,500 bookings in India for the RV400 since its launch. Now, the bookings are open for the third batch (January-February 2020) of the AI-enabled motorcycle.
Revolt RV400 is India’s first AI-enabled electric motorcycle. Revolt RV400 is powered by a 3,000W motor, which can produce 5,000W of maximum power and 170 Nm of torque. The newly-launched electric motorcycle gets a 3.24 KWh Lithium-Ion battery with pouch cell technology.
It gets a single cradle frame. Suspension duties are being handled by USD front forks and an adjustable monoshock unit at the rear. Revolt RV400 comes with 17-inch alloy wheels having disc brakes. It makes use of CBS (Combined Braking System). Also, there is an RBS (Regenerative Braking System).
The electric bike can reach a maximum speed of 85 kmph. It gets two riding positions i.e. sport and cruise. Also, there are three riding modes i.e. Eco, Normal and Sport 85 kmph.
On the features front, Revolt RV400 gets a fully digital instrument cluster, LED headlamps, Revolt smart key and four separate exhaust sounds and Bluetooth connectivity. It is available with the Revolt App. Available on both Android and iOS, the app has connectivity features like bike locator, door-step battery delivery, mobile swap stations, anti-theft, sound selection, and preview, etc.
While Revolt RV400 Base can be owned for Rs 3,499 per month, Revolt RV 400 Premium can be acquired for Rs 3,999 per month. Under the My Revolt Plan (MRP), the owners will have to pay a total of 37 monthly instalments for the two variants.

Notably, Revolt RV400 is the first product from electric vehicle start-up Gurugram-based Revolt Intellicorp, founded by Rahul Sharma, former co-founder of Micromax Informatics.
