Royal Enfield Classic 350 S has been launched in India at more affordable prices. Yes, you read it right. It is to be noted that ‘S’ is supposedly denoting the single-channel ABS. The price of Royal Enfield 350 S in India has been set at Rs 1.45 lakh which is around Rs 9,000 cheaper than the standard Classic 350. Royal Enfield 350 costs Rs 1.54 lakh. According to a report of Autocar India, the bike is currently available only in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

Royal Enfield 350 S comes equipped with a differently styled fuel tank logo - a simple decal instead of an intricate design with tank grips. Royal Enfield 350 S is powered by the 346cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine which produces 19.8hp and 28Nm of torque. The motorcycle is available in two colour schemes – Pure Black and Mercury Silver.

It is worth noting here that the cost cutting comes in the form of a blacked-out theme on the wheels and engine block, replacing the chrome. According to report of Autocar India, the next-generation Classic has been spotted testing.

Last month, Royal Enfield launched the new Bullet 350 in India in two variants i.e. KS (kickstart) and ES (electric start). The motorcycles are priced at Rs 1.12 lakhs and Rs 1.26 lakhs, respectively. Royal Enfield Bullet 350 KS and ES are powered by the single-cylinder, 4-stroke, twin-spark, air-cooled, 346 cc engine that churns out 19.8 bhp and 28 Nm of torque. The motor comes mated to a 5-speed constant mesh transmission.

Anchoring the bike is a single 280mm disc brake up front and a 153mm rear drum brake. The two trims come with single-channel ABS as well.

Both the variants of Bullet 350 get a single downtube chassis. Taking care of the suspension duties are telescopic front forks and twin shock absorbers at the rear. It carries over the same tyre setup as well, 19-inch ribbed pattern rubber upfront and block pattern tyres at the rear having a width of 3.25-inch each.
