The fact that Anand Mahindra, the chairman of Mahindra Group, is a powerhouse of wit and humour is not unknown, but this time around, the tycoon has taken his wit to an ‘epic’ level on Twitter. Italian carmaker Automobili Pininfarina, a part of the Mahindra Group, unveiled its luxury electric "supercar" Battista at the Geneva Motor Show, on Tuesday. On Wednesday, the Mahindra boss shared a video of the Battista on Twitter. In response to which a user humorously asked, "Sir, kitna deti hai?" And pat came Mahindra’s reply, "Sirji, electric hai..Shock deti hai! (It's electric... it'll give a shock)".
The Battista is touted to be faster than a current Formula 1 race car in its 0-100 km/h sub-two second sprint. When it arrives in 2020, the Battista will be the most powerful car ever designed and built in Italy. It has the potential to accelerate to 62 mph in less than two seconds, faster than a Formula 1 car, and break the 250-mph top speed barrier all with a potential zero emissions range of over 300 miles, the Mahindra Group said.

(sic), posted Anand Mahindra on Twitter and his reply left netizens in splits and the auto mogul won hearts and praises all at once.
