Ford EcoSport Titanium+ launched at Rs.10.47 lac with manual transmission

Ford India introduced a manual transmission variant of top-end version of SUV Ecosport on Monday. The brand new version of the EcoSport is priced at Rs.10.47 lakh.

“Since the new Ford EcoSport was introduced, there have been demand from customers for the Titanium+ petrol manual version, which offers enhanced safety with six airbags,” Ford India Vice-President Marketing, Rahul Gautam said.

The new Titanium+ variant will sport Ford’s latest three-cylinder 1.5 litre petrol engine and feature five-speed manual transmission, the American auto company said in a statement. The new variant features bigger 17-inch alloy wheels, with six airbags to safeguard the passengers, it added.

"We are pleased to introduce this variant and offer a greater choice to our customers," Gautam added.

The petrol engine powered Titanium+ variant was offered with a six-speed automatic transmission till now.
