It is worth mentioning here that India’s auto sector has been witnessing rough times since the start of 2019 and various automakers, including Honda, are in huge loss. In a bid to make up the loss and cash in on the festive mood, Honda Motors is offering discounts of up to Rs 5 lakh on its line-up including, Civic, CR-V, City, WR-V and Amaze. The offers on Honda Cars are valid till October 31. Below are the details.

• Honda Amaze - Up to Rs 42,000
• Honda WR-V - Up to Rs 45,000
• Honda Jazz - Up to Rs 50,000
• Honda City - Up to Rs 62,000
• Honda BR-V - Up to Rs 1.10 lakh
• Honda Civic - Up to Rs 2.50 lakh
• Honda CR-V - Up to Rs 5 lakh

Notably, the offers are variant, grade and location specific. Importantly, over the past few months, Honda Cars India has been witnessing a decline in domestic sales. There was a plunge of 37.24 per cent in September 2019, 51.3 per cent in August 2019, 48.67 per cent in July 2019 and 41.40 per cent in June 2019.
