The festive season has always given a massive boost to India’s auto sector. Notably, India’s auto sector witnessed a slowdown in the last few months and the automakers including Maruti Suzuki is hoping for things to turn around this festive season. Addressing the media on Thursday, R C Bhargava, Chairman, Maruti Suzuki India said that the sales in October this year will be comparable to sales in October last year. Bhargava further stated that in the next few months things should turn around. He also said, "Exports are continuing and there is no concern about exports".
It is to be noted that Maruti Suzuki India sells models like Vitara Brezza, Dzire, Swift, Alto, Alto K10, Celerio and Eeco through the Arena dealerships. On the other hand, models like Baleno, Ciaz, Ignis, S-Cross, and XL6 are sold via the Nexa dealerships.
Except for Maruti Suzuki XL6, the other four models, including, Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, Maruti Suzuki Ignis and Maruti Suzuki S-Cross -- have benefits that can be availed till October 31.

According to Maruti Suzuki India, the offers may vary from variant to variant. The total savings include consumer offer, exchange offer and corporate offer. With regard to the diesel cars, the total savings incorporate five-year warranty (two-year standard and three-year extended) as well.

Whereas, under ‘Ghar Aaya Tyohar’ festival, the automaker is providing offers up to Rs 96,100 on Vitara Brezza, Rs 50,000 on Swift (Petrol), Rs 77,600 on Swift (Diesel), Rs 60,000 on Alto 800, Rs 55,000 on Alto K10, Rs 55,000 on Dzire (Petrol), Rs 83,900 on Dzire (Diesel), Rs 60,000 on Celerio, Rs 50,000 on Eeco (7-seater) and Rs 40,000 on Eeco (5-seater). Notably, the offers will end on October 31.
