For all the car lovers, here’s great news. The wait is over! Nissan has finally launched its much-anticipated Nissan Kicks Compact SUV in India. The prices of the ‘most intelligent SUV’ starts at Rs 9.55 Lakh. “The New Nissan KICKS comes with first-in-class Around View Monitor, best-in-class 8.0,” the company said. Key features include Touch Infotainment System with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and class leading ground clearance of 21cm. Other impressive feature includes ‘First-in-Class Around View Monitor ‘and NissanConnect that has Smartwatch Connectivity and 50+ features.

The company offers three years warranty, three years - 24/7 roadside assistance, three years service and maintenance for the customers. The interiors redefine luxury. “The comfortable seats, fine stitching, ergonomic design and use of premium materials add to the comfort and aesthetics of The Intelligent SUV,” the company said.

The Kicks has a length of 4,384 mm, a width of 1,813 mm, height of 1,651 mm and a wheelbase is 2,673 mm. The Nissan Kicks uses the same 1.5-litre petrol and 1.5-litre K9K diesel engines as on the Duster and in the same state of tune. There’s also a cool surprise for those booking the car. Nissan is offering a lucky chance to a few to watch the India vs Pakistan match during the ICC Work Cup in June in the UK.

Last year, Nissan had launched  special edition of its mid-sized sedan Sunny with price starting at Rs 6.99 lakh (ex-showroom). “As a company that is always on the lookout for customer feedback, we are proud to present the Sunny special edition, an embodiment of this customer-centric product philosophy, smart technological upgrades and best-in-class spacious interiors,” Nissan Motor India Director Sales and Commercial Hardeep Singh Brar had said at the time of the launch.

The model of Sunny comes with both petrol and diesel power trains. The petrol variants comes with X-Tronic CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission), while the 1.5-litre diesel is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. airbags, speed-sensing door lock and driver seat belt reminder come as standard across all the variants.
