The company is offering it in four variants, six colour schemes and three powertrain options. The bookings for the new-generation Tata Sierra will commence from December 16, while the deliveries will start from January 15, 2026. Here is all you need to know about the newsly-launched Tata Sierra, an icon which has returned in a modern avatar.

Tata Sierra 2025: Interior & Features

While the Sierra features a cabin very similar to the one seen in the Curvv, it brings in some cues from Tata's design language - a new centre console, a HUD, a 12-speaker JBL sound system with a sound bar, and a triple-screen layout. Other features include powered and ventilated front seats, a 360-degree camera, Level 2 ADAS, connected car technology, and dual-zone climate control.

While the iconic Sierra featured the Alpine roof, the new model gets an accented flat glass and a sunroof, ditching the curvature to appear more modern. All variants are offered with six airbags, a stability programme, ABS with EBD, and ISOFIX child seat mounting points. Measuring 4.6 metres, it has a wheelbase of 2.7 metres.

Tata Sierra 2025: Exterior

In terms of design, the Tata Sierra 2025 gets a boxy silhouette. The SUV features a newer version of the signature Tata grille, a rear spoiler, a full-LED light package, 19-inch alloy wheels, and an Alpine glass roof. It comes in three interior and six exterior colour schemes.

Tata Sierra 2025: Engine & Specifications

The Tata Sierra 2025 is powered by Tata's new 1.5-litre GDi turbo petrol engine, capable of churning out 158bhp and 255Nm. The motor is linked to a six-speed AT only. Another option is the 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol unit delivering 105bhp and 145Nm. This power mill is mated to either a six-speed MT or a seven-speed DCT. The third option is Tata's 1.5-litre four-pot diesel engine making 116bhp and 260Nm. This unit is available with either a six-speed MT or a seven-speed DCT. The Sierra also comes with AWD, becoming the first model among Tata's new generation of vehicles to get this technology.
