According to sources, the TSBIE will conduct the TS Class 11 examinations in the month of March. The candidates must note that the board will release the admit cards after the declaration of the timetable. Last year, the board conducted the TS Telangana Inter 1st Year examination held from 27th February - 16th March and the results were announced in the month of May. Once the results are out, the mark sheets will be delivered to the students through proper channel within 15 days from the declaration of results. However, it's advisable that the students should keep a hard copy/printout of the result to use them until the original documents are issued by the Board so as to take admission in higher courses.
In case the students feel that they have scored less marks than anticipated, they can use the provisions of re-verification of examination papers and recounting. For this, the students will be required to pay a nominal fee for per subject if they wish to apply for re-verification or recounting.
The Telangana Board of Secondary Education and Telangana Board of Intermediate Education were established in the year 2014. The State Board of Telangana or Telangana Board is divided into two sections. While the Telangana Board of Secondary Education conducts the SSC exams, the Telangana Board of Intermediate Education conducts the Intermediate exams i.e. 11th and 12th. The Telangana Board of Intermediate Education regulates and supervises the system of intermediate education in Telangana state. It executes and governs various activities that include prescribing syllabus, conducting examinations, granting affiliations to colleges and providing direction, support and leadership for all educational institutions under its jurisdiction. Honourable Minister of the State for Secondary Education acts as chairman and secretary of Government, Secondary Education as vice-chairman of the Board. The secretary of IAS Rank acts as the chief executive of the Board.
