In Mumbai's food industry and business sector, Aditya Wanwari has established a reputation. He founded Toast Inc. and is a successful young restaurateur. Aditya manages several restaurants in the city. Some of his food outlets are Donna Deli, Shy Cafe, Baodim and many more. Aditya worked as a successful DJ before establishing his independent businesses. He has played at well-known music events and performed with accomplished, famous musicians. He was drawn to the hospitality sector and desired to create something of his own. Aditya made the bold decision to change careers and founded Toast Inc.

He eventually achieved his ambitions despite numerous obstacles. Everything is competition in a city like Mumbai, especially the food business. Hundreds of options are available, and some have been there for decades. So how does Aditya Wanwari stand out and thrive in such a competitive world? The entrepreneur revealed, "Food is exactly like fashion. It changes every season. As a restaurateur we must keep up with the trend and execute the trend as quick as possible. People nowadays don't go out to just eat and dine. The whole scenario has now changed. It is the era of social media and if you don't keep up with the trend, you are taken away with the tide and forgotten." He added, "Keeping that aside, another essential part is that a restaurant owner should ensure that the daily SOPS are followed to the T and the recipes are tight. There should be consistency in your food taste and service offered."

Toast Inc founder Aditya Wanwari also shared his thoughts on the important role social media plays for any business to flourish. He stated, "Word of mouth has a whole new meaning now. People would earlier talk about restaurants at gatherings, now people post pictures and share stories about the Food and the ambiance of the place. Through social media, restaurants are promoted and through social media restaurants get a minimum of 50% revenue. Instagram influencers and bloggers give a great push to the outlets and create a large awareness leading to big business for the outlets. Social media agencies lay a lot of stress on good content creation and photoshoots so as to create a really aesthetic online presence."
