Important Mandate to Be Signed

Before onboarding, candidates must undergo a structured recruitment process, including CV screening, evaluation, and a thorough background check, which includes:

• Police Verification Certificate (PVC)

• Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)

• Court Records Check

• Education Verification

• HR Discussion

Candidates must bear the BG Check fees of ₹2,500, which is non-refundable. Additionally, if a candidate is found to have criminal records, fake IDs, falsified education details, or any pending legal cases, the company shall issue legal action and halt the onboarding process. In such cases, the verification fee will be forfeited, and the company will not assume any liability.

Each Financial Analyst / Agent must review and sign an agreement, which includes the terms and conditions, job responsibilities, and the signature of a witness from their spouse or any blood relation.
