From a young age, Sapan Kay Cee recognized the obstacles facing women and youth in her community: limited access to quality education, social and economic hurdles, and a shortage of opportunities for personal growth. At the heart of her mission is Youth Services for Peace (YSP INDIA), an organization she leads with both vision and compassion. Under her stewardship, YSP INDIA has become a lifeline for many, launching initiatives to upgrade schools, provide essential resources, and improve health and hygiene for children in underserved areas.

On Republic Day 2025, her team at YSP INDIA brought books, study materials, and smartphones to students at the Zilla Parishad Unnat Pathshala in Chittyal Village,

Telangana. But this wasn’t just a donation; it was a promise. YSP INDIA is committed to supporting the school long-term, helping it grow and supporting its students year after year by adopting it for improvement, a better future, and the education of students. Their model goes beyond handouts, instead building genuine partnerships with schools and communities, listening to their needs, and crafting sustainable solutions together.

Sapan Kay Cee believes that real change is made not through grand gestures, but through countless small, compassionate acts. She spends much of her time in the field, connecting directly with people, understanding their challenges and aspirations. This grassroots approach has led to successful projects across urban and rural areas, from health awareness drives to vocational training for young women.

Her work in Pandukeshwar, Uttarakhand, is a testament to her philosophy. In 2015, after devastating floods left the village in ruins, Sapan Kay Cee acted quickly, adopting the village and leading efforts to rebuild not just roads and schools, but the community’s spirit. For her, every child deserves a safe place to learn and dream.

She also plays an active role in national movements such as Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, focusing on education and advocacy to inspire pride and responsibility in communities.
