With over 19 years of experience, she has carved out a distinguished career in non-surgical obesity treatment, making significant strides in the field. Born and raised in Nellore, her academic journey began at Sri B. Swamidoss English Medium High School in Nellore and continued at SIMS College of Physiotherapy in Guntur, where she completed her undergraduate and postgraduate studies. To further her expertise, she pursued a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Montana, USA, and a Ph.D. from IIC University of Technology, Cambodia. Additionally, she honed her leadership skills through the Advanced Leadership Program in Developing Excellence (ALPDE) at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow. Her professional affiliations include being a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, UK, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine, UK, and a Full member of Sigma Xi, USA.

As the CEO of Varanaa's Healthcare, Dr. Manjula organized RE-bounce -2021, the largest and longest international webinar marathon. This event, held on the 15th and 16th of May 2021, featured over 50 hours of continuous online sessions focusing on recent approaches in healthcare and physical therapy, as well as business skills. The conclave brought together over 100 legendary international and national speakers and experts from more than 25 countries. This platform transcended the boundaries of learning during the Covid lockdown by providing the opportunity to learn from home, proving her ability to see an opportunity in a crisis.

Manjula Kumari currently holds multiple key positions at VARANAA’S Healthcare Research and Training Organization LLP in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India. As the CEO, Director of Healthcare Operations, and Chief Consultant Physiotherapist, her leadership has been instrumental in transforming obesity management. She has developed innovative, non-surgical treatment protocols that have benefitted over 10,000 patients across India. Her holistic approach to obesity management integrates physiotherapy, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications, offering a comprehensive solution to her patients.

Her dedication to research is evident in her work at VARANAA’S Healthcare, where she focuses on developing effective non-surgical obesity treatment protocols. Through training sessions for fellow physiotherapists, she ensures that high standards of care are maintained in the field. As the Director of Health Services Institution at KIITES Simming, Physiotherapy, and Cosmetology Clinics in Guntur, she spearheaded initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and patient care, especially in obesity treatment. Under her leadership, the clinic treated over 7,500 obese patients in five and a half years, surpassing organizational goals and earning numerous national and international awards, including three world records for her innovative treatments.

In addition to her professional achievements, Manjula Kumari is deeply committed to supporting women with postpartum depression, providing weight maintenance support, and offering lifestyle adjustment counseling. Her holistic approach includes personalized nutritional advice and minimal exercise regimens, promoting balanced diets and overall wellness.

Manjula Kumari’s contributions to physiotherapy and healthcare management are well-documented through her publications and research papers. Her work has provided valuable insights into the field, establishing her as a thought leader. She has received numerous awards, such as the "Dynamic CEO of the Year," the "Remarkable Contribution Award for Non-Surgical Obesity Management" from the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (a member organization accredited to World Physiotherapy), and the "Exceptional Woman of Excellence Award." These accolades highlight her dedication and impactful leadership in healthcare.

Parallel to her illustrious professional journey, V.V. Manjula Kumari has also made a significant mark in the world of beauty pageants. Her journey in beauty pageants is nothing short of remarkable, beginning with her winning the title of Miss Guntur in 2003. She continued to shine by securing the Miss Andhra Beautiful Eyes title in 2004. Her journey took a transformative turn when she entered the Mrs. category, winning Mrs. Amaravathi in 2018 and placing as the 2nd Runner up in the IAWA Mrs. India 2019. Her crowning glory came when she was named the Winner of the Popular Queen of Universe in 2020. She continued her triumphant streak, earning titles such as Mrs. South East Asia Universe in 2021, Mrs. International Face UK in 2022, Mrs. South West

Asia Universe in 2023, and Mrs. Confident Woman of Universe in 2023. Her outstanding achievements culminated in her being placed in the Top 15 Women of Universe in the 2023 International beauty pageant.
