Voice of stray animals is a NGO that provides support to paralyzed and disabled animals. They serve to the cause through catering shelters, healthcare facilities and adoption campaigns.
VOSAH has helped masses of abandoned and homeless animals on the streets of Hapur and is now raising hand for support in various regions of the country.
The owner of this organization, Harendra Singh, is a gracious man who bought this proposal on the table. He dumped his white collar job as a software engineer after an encounter with an injured dog on the street which could not survive due to restricted treatment.
It was this time he decided to quit his job and serve this noble cause by laying the foundation of this organization.
The beginning was not easy to finance all the requirements needed to start the company, for the same Harendra started his small business. Profit of this business was wholly invested in the NGO.
As the company grew, donations were received from various individuals and companies which greased the wheels of VOSAH to provide necessary resources to aid the animals.
The facilities provided to the animals by the NGO include vaccination of animals, neutering, rescuing, feeding two square meals and equipment for their disability.
Furthermore, more than 500 injured dogs have been treated through VOSAH. To reach out their maximum support for this cause, the NGO looks for people who can provide contribution to this in some way.
VOSAH receives lots of support and admiration through social media, especially Facebook, where the organization keeps posting the bytes of dogs in the shelter house and how they aid treatment.
There are a bizarre number of cases where the dogs on the streets get severely injured because of rash driving and later die due to lack of treatment.
The NGO spreads awareness in public regarding rash driving and how it spoils an innocent animal’s life.
It certainly needs compassionate efforts to work on a cause like this and Harendra Singh’s will to serve such an issue is commendable.
